When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, project type, and message you provide. We collect this only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential work. We also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and general location, which is standard website traffic data and is not tied to your identity.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver services you have hired us for, and send project related communication. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Photo and video footage
Footage captured during a paid project belongs to the client as agreed in the project contract. We may request permission to use selected clips or images in our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer your footage not appear publicly, tell us and we will keep it private.
Third party services
This site is hosted on Framer and may embed video from YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies and may set cookies when you view embedded content. We use Wave Accounting for invoicing, which stores billing information you provide directly to us.
Data retention
We keep inquiry records and project files for as long as needed to serve you and meet business and tax requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
